6.2 All games on the jljlaaa Platform use certified systems. Live dealer games — including those powered by Ezugi — use real physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical processes and are not subject to software manipulation.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jljlaaa will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. 14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
